Job Description/Responsibilities

  • To provide full secretarial and administration support to Executive Director
  • Attend management and other meetings including taking minutes
  • Maintain proper filing system

Job Description/ Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts, generate reports to management
  • Prepare monthly and year-end closing independently
  • Perform AR/AP reconciliation with balance sheet schedule
  • Check with bank on customer’s funds inward remittance & perform daily cash reconciliation
  • Reconciliation of invoices for intercompany transactions and communicate discrepancies to counterparty and confirmation of intercompany balances.
  • Prepares monthly GST reconciliation and submission of quarter GST return
  • Prepares documents and materials for auditing & tax purposes
  • Assist in month-end closing activities
  • Liaise with external parties for related matters
  • Any other job duties as assigned by superior

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI Higher Accounting
  • PC Literacy Skills – MYOB, Microsoft office with strong Excel knowledge
  • Min. 3-5 years of accounting related experience
  • Possess initiative, strong planning, administrative organizing capabilities and analytical skills
  • Pleasant personality and good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Able to start work immediately
